Chris Aggerholm
Chris Aggerholm is a Partner and Head of Asset Management of Elliott Bay Capital Trust and an experienced real estate investment and management executive with more than 20 years of experience across a variety of real estate classes.
Prior to Elliott Bay, Chris held the role of investment and portfolio manager on behalf of various ultra-high net worth families in the Northwest during which time he was responsible for all facets of investment acquisition, structuring and financing across most asset classes of real estate ranging from industrial, office, student/multi family, senior housing, hospitality land and debt acquisition. These portfolios were internally asset and property managed through a vertically integrated platform providing clients with full service real estate capabilities. Prior to this, he was Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Bentall Corporation, an institutional owner and developer of class A office assets throughout North America. During this time, Chris was involved in the development, acquisition and sale of more than $600 Million of assets along the West Coast. Chris started his career at CBRE where he focused on investment sales and low income housing tax credit financing via a structured vehicle developed in partnership with Nomura.
Chris graduated with a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
