LEASE TYPE:
Net lease (NN or NNN). Will consider other lease structures

LEASE TERM:
At least 5+ years remaining

CREDIT:
Rated Investment grade and sub-Investment grade tenants
Select operators with favorable market positions, strong balance sheets and income history
