Chris Ackerlund

Director – Investments

Chris Ackerlund is a Director of Investment at Elliott Bay Capital Trust. He is involved in the underwriting and due diligence of Elliott Bay’s acquisitions, as well as dispositions and debt financings. Chris is responsible for portfolio performance analysis and assists in the portfolio’s management and reporting functions.

Prior to Elliott Bay, Chris was an Analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Public Finance department. His team’s primary coverage included providing strategic short- and long-term capital structure, credit analysis, and liquidity solutions to the finance teams of large municipal- and private infrastructure- related entities. played a role in the origination, structuring, marketing, and issuance of capital market products for the financing of infrastructure projects nationally.

Chris graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
