Director – Real Estate Asset Management

Christina Conyers is the Director of Real Estate Asset Management for Elliott Bay Capital Trust and has extensive experience in asset management crossing multiple disciplines of real estate.

Christina has managed the daily operations of more than 100 properties spanning 1.2M SF of healthcare real estate with emphasis in property accounting, operating expenses, capital improvements, facility operations, lease administration, tenant relations and oversite of 3rd party property management for Elliott Bay’s portfolio.

While providing residential on-site management for several institutionally owned Class A mixed- use multi-family assets in the Seattle Metropolitan Area, Christina led an on-site leasing and maintenance staff of 8-10 team members to achieve optimal asset performance. She oversaw extensive renovations, construction, lease-up and stabilization of over 1,500 residential units and 50,000 sq. ft. of retail space. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge throughout the lifecycle of commercial real estate from development and acquisition to post construction and sale.

Christina completed an AAS in Business from North Seattle Community College, has held a national designation of Certified Apartment Manager and obtained a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
