KYLE FRANCESCHINA

Chief Financial Officer

Kyle Franceschina is the Chief Financial Officer of Elliott Bay Capital Trust. He is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and annual audit and tax preparation. Additionally, Kyle provides investment reporting, budgeting and analysis for Elliott Bay’s portfolio.

Prior to Elliott Bay, Kyle worked for Costco Wholesale in the SEC Reporting and Global Accounting Policy Department. In this role he coordinated with key departments including financial planning, tax, treasury, and external audit teams to facilitate the preparation and review of Costco’s external financial statements. Additionally, Kyle led an annual review of SEC critical accounting issues to evaluate the company’s level of conformity to current GAAP reporting standards and other critical items. Kyle began his professional career working in the accounting department at Costco after he obtained a Washington State CPA license.

Kyle graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in accounting from the University of Washington.
