Manager – Administration and Operations

Katie Wisecarver is the Manager of Administration and Operations for Elliott Bay and is responsible for all administrative functions for the company as well as supporting the operations of property management for Elliott Bay’s properties nationwide.

Prior to Elliott Bay, Katie was an analyst and brokerage assistant at JLL where she worked with both retail clients and internal marketing, research and operational teams.

Katie holds a Washington Real Estate license and graduated from San Diego Mesa College.
