JOE WILLINGHAM

Director – Investments

Joe Willingham is a Director of Investments at Elliott Bay Capital Trust. He is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions in the market and performs underwriting of potential transactions. Additionally, Joe is involved with strategic partnerships, due diligence and investment management.

Prior to Elliott Bay, Joe was an Assistant Vice President at MUFG Union Bank within the finance and strategy organization. In this role he worked with finance leaders to drive key strategic initiatives and assisted in the financial management of Union Bank. Joe was also involved in monthly executive-level presentations used for critical planning and decision making. Prior to this, Joe held the role of Senior Consultant at Deloitte where he served several publicly traded companies in the Seattle Area. Joe obtained his Washington State CPA license before starting his career with Deloitte.

Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Additionally, Joe received his master’s degree from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
